By being mindful of our habits. Habits happen automatically, good habits help set us up for success while bad habits hinder our progress. Create good habits by starting small and making them achievable, reducing friction and making them easy to stick to


Try this motivation hack - The 10 Minute Game


Set a 10 Minute timer and take as much action toward your goal as you can in that 10 Minute time period. At the end of 10 minutes 1 of 2 things will happen.


1. You still aren't motivated so you take a break recognizing that 10 minutes of progress is better than no progress at all.


2. Your actions and results spark the motivation to keep going.
