"What you focus on grows" is supported by neuroscience and the concept of neuroplasticity that says neurons that fire together, wire together to create thoughts that are more automatic.
How do we change our mindset for a more positive life?
1. Gratitude
Helps us recognize the positive things about our lives.
2. Affirmation
Speaking to ourselves kindly as if we're talking to a friend helps rewire our mindset.
3. Taking Care of Your Body
There's a ton of evidence that supports the mind-body connection. Eating well, sleeping well, exercising and stay hydrated support not just a healthy body but a positive mind too.
4. Life Audit
What you put in, you get out. If you put junk in your mind, you'll get junk out of your mind. If you put positive things into your mind, you'll have a positive mind.
