Today we're exploring 3 more ways to improve your mindset to improve your life.
1. EFT Tapping
This technique includes tapping on meridian points in the body while talking through a script, a fusion of self acupressure and talk therapy.

2. Journaling
When we start journaling we are exploring our conscious thoughts, after some time free writing the subconscious thoughts start coming to the surface. Journaling helps create awareness of our thought patterns so we know what to focus on for practices like affirmations and EFT tapping.
3. Meditation
Meditation isn't about controlling the mind, it's about stopping the mind from controlling you. If you're an overthinker who's thoughts cause you to go into downward spirals a meditation practice might be good for you.
