Cancellation Policy

Refund/Cancelation Policy: $250 non-refundable deposit is included in your registration and is due at booking. Full refund minus the deposit until April 30th 2026 30% Refund minus the deposit May 1st - June 30th 2026 NON REFUNDABLE after July 1st 2026 If the retreat is cancelled by the host for any reason you will receive a 100% refund including the non-refundable deposit. If you select the "Deposit Only Option" You will be responsible for equal monthly payments beginning the first day of the month following deposit. Payments including the $250 non-refundable deposit will total the retreat cost. Final payment due August 1st 2026. Failing to make a monthly payment within 15 days of invoice, will be considered a cancellation, and will be subject the above cancellation policy. You can opt to pay off your remaining balance at any time with no fees or penalties. It is recommended that you purchase separate travel insurance in case you need to cancel your reservation. We are NOT able to modify the refund policy for any reason including but not limited to illness, financial struggle, disaster, loss, etc. We do not have a preferred travel insurance company and recommend that you do your own research into which company will best suit your needs.
