How it works...
Each day, in your online learning platform, you’ll receive:

A short yoga practice (about 20 minutes) to ground your body and release tension

A thoughtful journal prompt to spark reflection and intention

A nourishing recipe to inspire healthier, more balanced meals
All designed to be small, sustainable actions that fit into real life. This way, self-care becomes something you do, not just something you think about.

In addition to daily emails and our virtual accountability group, this program comes with a monetary reward.
When you complete all 21 days and you’ll receive 50% of your payment refunded back to your card.
To complete the challenge you'll be asked to complete each yoga video, upload your daily journal reflection and share a photo of any nutritious meal you've enjoyed (it could be the recipe I gave you or something you created on your own).
